From October 23 to 24, 2024, the Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe took place at the Hamburg Messe. At our stand 3E50 in Hall A3, we held stimulating discussions throughout the day about impedance spectroscopy for various technologies such as fuel cells and electrolysis.
Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe brought together the entire hydrogen value chain to discuss technologies and solutions for low-carbon hydrogen production, efficient storage and distribution as well as applications in various sectors.
A highlight was the presentation of our latest SIVONIC EIS meter. It enables precise measurements of the electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and thus supports the development and optimization of fuel cells and electrolysers.
Our application engineers were on hand to talk to visitors about their specific applications and work together to develop customized solutions.
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is a powerful method for investigating the electrochemical properties of materials and systems. It measures the reaction of an electrochemical system to a small, sinusoidal alternating voltage over a wide frequency range. By analyzing the resulting AC response, important parameters such as conductivity, electrochemical reaction rates and diffusion properties of the material can be determined.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand and look forward to continuing the inspiring discussions and developing innovative projects in the field of hydrogen technology.
